TV time and a birthday shoutout to actress Heather Locklear (25/09). Heather’s debut was a small role in an episode of CHiPs in 1980 but it wasn’t long before the glamour of Dynasty beckoned and Sammy Jo arrived in Denver in 1981, staying with the series until it finished in 1989.
