Happy Sunday, everyone. I met Tcha from @blackqueenphotography (check her out at the link below) early this morning in Little Italy, a subset of downtown San Diego. We set out to practice street photography, and I then narrowed in on photographing pattern and texture.
One pretty cool benefit of creating 2D pieces of texture and pattern is that you can incorporate this into other realms of art, such as interior design. Take your home, for example. You can take these photographs of awesome patterns and texture you see out on the street, transfer and blow them up in Photoshop, and then print them off to make wall coverings for your home. And, of course, you can always use canvas as your backdrop.
Stick with the video, as I give you tips on how to get cool, creative shots that you can use for selling and decorating.
