Ingredients
2 chicken breast cubed
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp or more ghee
1 cup yoghurt
¼ – ½ cup cream
2 tbsp coconut powder
4 tbsp ground almond
toasted almond slices
2-3 green cardamons
cinnamon stick
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
4 tbsp onion paste – see below reverse base
1 tbsp mixed powder – see below
1 heaped tsp Garam masala
½ tsp kashmiri chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
pich of salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar – optional
small handful coriander chopped – optional
