At the time of making this video, this addon only has 15k downloads but it is hands down the BEST addon I've installed for WoW Classic Season of Discovery so far.
It's called Rune Engraver by nastiku, and it allows you to quickly change your chosen runes on the fly. It provides a MUCH easier and improved UI for runes, good customization options, and makes changing runes on the fly extremely convenient.
