This video shows non surgical root canal retreatment of mandibular right second molar with four canals. Tooth 47 diagnosed with previously treated with symptomatic apical periodontitis. In the present case, the endodontic retreatment was necessary because of the presence of apical periodontitis, as a consequence of an inadequate disinfection of root canal and miss DL canal. Enjoy!
