2. Be consistent – consistency builds trust! Put it on your calendar until it becomes a habit.

Don’ts
1. Outsource – don’t hand off your social media to someone else completely!
2. Spam – no one likes spammers! Don’t spam people through social media – take the time to build relationships.
3. Sell, sell, sell – share informative real estate and community content too (not just listings) Be that helpful go-to person!
