Seaspan Shipyards is making exciting progress on the construction of the Canadian Coast Guard's new Offshore Oceanographic Science Vessel.
Seaspan recently moved the ship's engine room, containing its three main diesel generators, out alongside the Joint Support Ship in the shipyard. As the engine room is one of the vessel's largest blocks, this move marked an exciting phase of construction on the program.
