Here's a sonic comparision of the Voltage controlled Low-pass filter based on the MS-20 design (VCF-01) and one based on the CEM3320 IC developed by Doug Curtis and currently sold by Alfa (the VCF-02 using the AS3320 IC).

I developed both circuits from information found on the internet. The VCF-01 is based on Rene Schmitz information about the Korg MS-20, along with insights from Eddy Bergman.
