What can cause feeling of lump in throat accompanied with mild chest pain, and excessive burping, all these indicate a problem with the acid reflux in the food pipe. Now, simple lifestyle modifications like drinking plenty of liquids, especially curd products, having 4/5 smaller meals compared to 3 major meals which we are used to, reducing the spicy, oily, fat content in the diet will also help in the reduction of the secretion of acid in the stomach and thereby reducing these symptom leading to the relief of everything.
