This was a lecture given by Shimon Peres (1923-2016), a former President of Israel at Inchon Memorial Hall, Korea University, located in Seoul, Korea on March 28, 1997. It was the 11th Annual Inchon Memorial Lecture Series.
In this video, the lecture script is read by Dr. Hang Ryeol Na, who was a student of Korea University and attended the event. The speech was so impressive to him that he still owns the hard copy of the lecture script after almost twenty-five years.
