Okay, I achieved this goal a lot faster than I thought I would. The previous record was 3:08:35 by Breezer, achieved 3 years ago. This category has had nearly zero attention since then, which is a real shame! This run is a ton of fun, and I'm going to continue running it for a while. My next major goal is to get under 3 hours. This run was on 3:02:XX pace, but I killed a soldier somehow during EX Metallic Archaea and had to redo the entire mission. Lost about four and a half minutes to that alone. This still isn't a perfect run and sub 3 is super doable.

It should be noted that when Breezer did his run, he used no rank restricting equipment. He did not achieve S Rank on every mission (I believe just on the Backup Back Down missions because of the phantom cigar), but that is still important to note. While I didn't go crazy with such things, I do use bombardment and rain to cut down on EX Cloaked in Silence and to distract the sniper Skulls in Code Talker. I also use Acceleramin so I can use the Start Missions Anywhere glitch.

This category - as the name suggests - completes all 50 missions of the game while acquiring the Perfect Stealth, No Kills (PSNK) bonus on all mission (Shining Lights and Diamond Dogs are still played, despite having no PSNK bonus possible). Further, you cannot be spotted or perform kills during Free Roam. This is New Game+, which in the context of MGSV means you just play on a save file that you've already beaten the game with. All 50 missions must be selectable at the start of your run.

Missions can be played in any order desired. The Prologue is not required for this category.

This run was done in game version 1.01, which has access to useful glitches such as Chopper Skip, Start Missions Anywhere, and D-Horse Wall Clipping.
