MEALS AND INGREDIENTS:
1. SOUP
3 onions
1 bulb garlic
4 peppers
8 carrots
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 jar sweet peppers
300ml veg stock
2. COTTAGE PIE
2 ladles of soup mix
500g minced beef
Peas
Mashed potatoes
Cheese
3. LASAGNA
2 ladles of soup mix
500g minced beef
White sauce
lasagna sheets
Cheese
4. FISH PIE
4 eggs
1 pack fish pie mix
Peas
White Sauce
Mashed Potatoes
Cheese
CURRY PASTE:
Thumb of ginger
2 Onions
4 Garlic cloves
2tsp coriander
1tsp numeric
1tsp cumin
1tsp fennel seeds
5. LAMB CURRY
1/2 above curry paste
500g Diced Lamb
1 tin tomatoes
1/2 tin of water
6. VEGETABLE CURRY
1/2 above curry paste
1 tin tomatoes
1 tin coconut milk
1 tin chickpeas
Selection of veggies
7. KATSU CURRY
1 Onion
2 Carrots
2 Garlic cloves
Ginger nub
1 tsp curry powder
1/2tsp numeric
2tsp Honey
