Ingredients

1. Full fat milk 1.5 litres
2. Curd 2 tbsp
3. Unsweetened khoya 2 tbsp
4. Powdered sugar 2 tbsp + 100 gms
5. Salt 1/8 tsp
6. Ice cubes 10 to 12
7. Chopped pistachios for garnishing
8. Cardamom powder a pinch
9. Rose petals for garnishing
