For this video I'll be interacting with all the campers after completing Milla's Dance Party and learning Levitation. This is the last time you'll be able to interact with all of the campers and staff at Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp since some staff will not be present if you progress through the story. There are some people you won't be able to interact with at all, even if you re-brain all of the campers and reach the point of no return, such as Coach Oleander and Benny. When you re-brain Benny, he will be in the observation room at Ford Cruller's base and then he will disappear if you leave the area and later return.
