Ingredients:
- David Rocco Arrabbiata Sauce
- 2 cup cannellini beans
- 8 eggs
- 1 lemon, zested
- stracciatella cheese, QB
- fresh ground pepper, QB
- 1 loaf of bread, sliced
In a large pan, heat up a jar of David Rocco Arrabbiata sauce. Add cannellini beans into the sauce and stir. Add eggs into the sauce. Cover and let it poach for 3-5 minutes. Turn off heat and put in the stracciatella cheese. Top the cheese with lemon zest and pepper. Serve immediately on bread.
