In this video, we take you along for a ride to see what my daily routine looks like while running by painting business. At this point in time I am about to enter a nice scale phase.. In the next 2 months, we plan on hiring our first sales reps, project manager, and bringing in some office staff to help handle admin tasks. Amidst all the chaos that comes with doing everything yourself, I show you how we maintain a clear mind with stellar focus for the priorities that need to be taken seriously in order to properly scale your painting business.
