On September 10th 2019, we were thrilled to have General Nicholson on campus for his talk "War, Leadership and You".
John W. Nicholson Jr., retired United States Army four-star general, who participated in our Paris 1919 Peace Conference last spring, spoke about leadership in conditions of complexity and risk, drawing on his unique experiences as the longest-serving commander of the Afghan War.
The event was co-hosted by the Office of the President and the Department of International & Comparative Politics.
