📝 INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 700 grams/1.54 lbs.
Cold water.
Boil potatoes until soft.
5-6 cloves of garlic.
Finely chop the garlic.
2 tbsp. olive oil.
2 tbsp. butter.
Add garlic and fry lightly.
300 grams of mushrooms.
Fry for 10 minutes.
3 purple onions. You can use red onion.
Fry the onion for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Halve the potatoes.
Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
1/2 tbsp. paprika.
1/2 tbsp. basil.
1/2 tbsp. rosemary.
2 tbsp. soy sauce.
Parsley.
