Slow motion Kettlebell Clean - Single and Double
Observe the 6 Phases of the Kettlebell Clean:
1. Inertia Phase (low swing)
2. AccelerationPull Phase (high pull)
3. Hand Insertion Phase
4. Amortization Phase (reversal)
5. Re-grip into Backswing Phase
6. Breath cycles timing (3 or more breaths per rep)
Primary difference between single and double Clean is in Acceleration Phase. With single there is a rotation to creat the pull. With doubles, no rotation, so pull is aided by extending up onto toes to elevate Center of Mass
