Step-1: First of all, open the Windows Search box.
Step-2: On the Windows Search box, search for CMD.
Step-3: Right-click on the ‘CMD’ and select the option Run as administrator.
Step-4: Once the command prompt is open, type “cd /d (folderpath)” and press enter.
Step-5: Now type, "dir /x" and hit enter.
Step-6: Here you will see your file or folder name. Now type "rmdir /q /s (You need to copy the left sides name of the file or folder. And paste it.)" and press enter. :)
