In this video, Maxx reviews the Archery Game Bow from Calimacil. It is a short fiberglass bow with the classic shape of a traditional recurve bow, but with a modern arrow shelf and removable arms for easy transportation and storage. One string is included with it.

I like this bow a lot, but unfortunately I believe most games do not allow draw strengths as high as this one in combat. But for playing games of skill at events, this bow delivers. It is simple enough looking, that it can fit in any fantasy game regardless of setting or era. I personally really like takedown bows due to easy transportation, so I believe this is an excellent addition to any collection. I am very happy with this bow and how it performed and it made me feel like a superstar when shooting it. It fires true and accurate, and even for a novice, I was able to stay on target. If you're game doesn't offer archery games, this may be a great time to start, and the price point on this bow is very reasonable as well.

Calimacil has really done their homework with their archery offerings, they worked with larps and made certain they were offering bows and arrows that meet a broad range of rules and requirements. If your larp allows archery, Calimacil will have great options for your all of your needs.
