Finding a zscore from a percentile is easy and we show how in this stats video lesson. If a data value is the lowest in the top 20% of a distribution, it is at the 80th percentile, and so must have a z score with a left tail probability of 0.8. We use this logic to find the z score and the data value at the 80th percentile. #apstats #statistics
