How to do Plank w/Hip Twists:
Begin by placing your elbows directly under your shoulders with your feet together.
Engage your core by drawing your belly button inwards and upwards towards your spine & push up to support your weight on your toes and forearms.
Use your core to twist and tap the hip to the floor on each side, alternating for the desired number of reps.
