At least one Republic trooper set his DC 15A blaster rifle to high power during this part of the engagement, as blaster fire evidently blasted the arm clean off one B2 super battledroid before subduing another with a proximity blast, which even knocked the droid down with explosive effects from a near miss. According to [canon] Star Wars Visual Guides & Cross Sections the maximal power setting on a DC 15A blaster rifle would even blast a half meter wide hole 'through any ferrocrete wall', generally indicating good destructive effects against all types of reinforced concrete, including the ability to destroy iron rebars. Other blasters have occasionally displayed similarly impressive effects.
Blaster Settings must include:
Stun, Kill, Blast
Some sources indicate certain blasters also posses a "sting" setting, which essentially produces a low energy blaster bolt which might inflict pain and subdue, but not kill an opponent.
