Iman Vellani, who played Kamala Khan in Ms. Marvel, initially thought her casting call for MCU Series was a spam. During a press conference of the show, she told she got a whatsapp forward which she thought to be a scam as she didn’t knew how casting calls look like. But to her surprise that whatsapp forward was genuine and the casting call was real as she got the role after sending her resume, photo, and a self-tape. Iman Vellani also said, "This is the brownest way it could happen".
So remember opportunity could come anytime and anywhere to knock on your door, and a whatsapp forward could get you a role in Marvel Cinematic Universe Series.
