Peppercorn Herb Rotisserie Prime Rib for the win! 🍖 🔥

Sometimes the rain goes away and sometimes it just rains harder. Not a worry for me though! I had a blast getting out in the woods and throwin’ down this bad boy. Mesquite Peppercorn Lager rub from Spiceology paired with a couple herbs made for the perfect combo on this prime rib. Slow cooked over the fire on our rotisserie made for the perfect, peaceful Saturday get away.
