At the demand of the Chechen TV, YouTube deleted the "Caucasian Knot" video "How they knock out apologies in Chechnya". "Caucasian Knot" used fragments of the ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company) videos, in which the former Mayor of Grozny Islam Kadyrov and other officials humiliate and intimidate local residents. The ChGTRK is state owned, which means it receives taxpayers' money. And this company has claimed the rights to the video, in which these taxpayers are tortured and humiliated.
