This Simple Oven Baked Drumsticks recipe is packed with flavors and is perfect for any days dinner. The outside is Crispy while the inside remains Tender and Juicy. The Chicken Drumsticks are coated in the perfect Dry Rub and slow cooked to maintain the Juiciness! In this video, I share a step by step Recipe for the most delicious and best ever baked Drumsticks.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Chicken Drumstick
- 1/2 of Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp of Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp of Ginger Powder
- 1 Tsp of Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tsp of Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Tsp of Dried Parsley
- 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
DIRECTIONS / PROCEDURE:
-- Wash and Dry the Chicken Drumsticks completely.
-- Mix the Seasonings / Dry Rub; adjust the Seasoning to your taste and preference using the spices available to you.
-- Add the Vegetable Oil to make a Marinade.
-- Generously apply the Marinade to the Drumsticks until completely coated.
-- Cover with Cling Film and let the chicken marinate for at least One hour up to overnight. The longer the Marination time, the deeper the flavor of the Drumsticks.
-- Bake at 200°C / 392°F for 40 Minutes. Always remember to pre - heat your oven before baking.
-- Once ready, let the chicken sit for about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with Roasted Potatoes, Rice or any accompaniment of your choice and a Side Salad.
