Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 800g Raw Beef Mince (I use topside/top round beef)
- 20g Grass Fed Butter (For cooking)
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Each Red/Green/Yellow Bell Peppers (You can use any)
- 1.5 Tsp each Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Chilli Flakes
- 140g Light Cream Cheese
- 50g Mozzarella
- 3 Light Cheese Slices (19g Each)
- 125ml Pasta Water
- 240g Uncooked Macaroni / 560g Cooked Macaroni
- Garnish Parsley

Important Cooking Notes
- Cook the Macaroni first in boiling water then remove some pasta water to use later in the recipe
- Cook the onions and bell peppers for 5-6 mins till fragrant and soft before adding the beef
- You can either remove the veg when cooking the beef or make a well in the middle like shown in the video
- Make sure you cook the beef thoroughly before adding the cream cheese
- Lower the heat once you start making it creamy
