A stampede at a religious event in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, has claimed 121 lives. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the injured survivors. An FIR has been filed against the organizers, including main volunteer Devprakash Madhukar. The tragedy occurred during a satsang by preacher Bhole Baba, with overcrowding and uneven terrain contributing to the incident. Devotees rushing to collect soil the preacher had walked on exacerbated the situation.
