Made a travel vlog from my last trip going to Baguio before ECQ happened. For everyone's info, we went there around JULY 2021 and stayed for at least a week. Before we decided to go to Baguio as a family, we did a lot of research and of course, made sure na we abide the necessary protocols of the Baguio LGU.
We were on home quarantine a week before we went to Baguio, it wasn't a requirement but as a family na first time namin ulit mag out of town and for the safety of everyone as well, we made a choice na mag home quarantine a week before our Baguio trip. :)
You need a confirmed booking from your accommodation, we booked thru AIRBNB, just make sure first na ung owner accredited sila don sa Baguio Vista website, dapat ung name ng accom nila makikita niyo once you register thru the website 'coz that is important and REQUIRED.

You can take your Antigen Test upon arrival for 500 pesos if you are not fully vaccinated yet. Antigen is just for 18 - 65 years old.
No Antigen required for Fully Vaccinated People (just present your vaccination cards as proof) and of course, wearing of masks and face shield when you are outside plus social distancing are a MUST.
Based from our experience, the travel was smooth. Upon arrival sa exit from TPLEX, may checkpoint and they will ask kung san ka ppunta and if anong accommodation niyo. Once checked, they will provide a pass for the next checkpoint upon arrival in Baguio City. Again, they will check all the necessary documents needed (valid ID's, accommodation booking, etc.). After that, they will escort you to the swab testing area on where you can get the antigen swab testing. For fully vaccinated people no need na like my mom, she just stayed sa car while waiting for me, I had my first dose pa lang that time kaya need ko magswab. 30 minutes you'll wait, once the result is negative, you can leave na. Then you have to present the full vaccination cards and negative swab testing results upon check in at your accommodation.
So yes, we all can travel BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ABIDE THE PROTOCOLS AND DO RESEARCH before planning. The safety of your family and the people that surrounds you are ALL IMPORTANT.
NOTE: We had RT PCR swab tests 5 days after upon arrival in Manila (me, my sister, my brother in law and mom). All NEGATIVE results. This was NOT REQUIRED but just to be sure, we all wanted to be safe kahit na we had no symptoms during and after our trip.
PS: Had to retouch as well my hair color kasi medyo di nako nagagandahan, kaartehan at its finest charot HAHAHA :D
