We’ve discussed how Robot and Monster Girl end up leaving to the Flaxan’s universe for a long time and everything that happened in that dimension when they were there, however back on Earth after they leave this changes everything about the Guardians of the Globe, who not only need a new leader, but they’ve proven once again to Cecil that the team isn’t where it needs to be without Mark Grayson to be able to adequately deal with threats, so Cecil and Donald come up with a plan to radically reshape the team, but during their conversation Cecil realizes that they’ve been doing everything wrong. That instead of just having a super team where they replace a member here or there, they need to instead form a giant network of heroes all around the globe, putting them all under Cecil’s control so that they can ACTUALLY Guard the globe like their name suggests. As he pictures an army of heroes, we see some time go by when Donald flies to the new leader of the team and explains his responsibilities to him while that Hero, Brit, an indestructible man, thanks Donald and Cecil for his new technology which basically gives him super strength and allows him to fly. As Brit flies home and crashes into his own lawn since he’s still getting used to this, he explains the situation to his wife, and pretty quickly leaves with Cecil to recruit the newest member of the team, as he lands in the snowy mountains of Nepal and sees a large white beast beating down on Icicle Spirits, and the story begins to get weird in the best way possible.
