Cabbage cake or cabbage cake is one of the most popular recipes in our family. We all like cakes. It doesn't have to be sweet either! Here is a recipe for a very tasty savory cabbage cake.
Ingredients for cakes with white cabbage:
4 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups (300 g) All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup olive oil
300 g (oat or almond or rice) milk
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste

Preparation of the hearty herb cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl, mix the flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 teaspoon of salt, add olive oil and milk.
2. Cut or slice the cabbage into fine strips.
3. Put the cabbage in the baking pan, cover with the batter and smooth out.
The cabbage cake is great for breakfast or dinner, as a starter or for the buffet.
