What exactly is mead? Mead is a fermented wine where honey is used instead of grapes. Simply put, it is honey wine, and it’s made its way to Downtown Conroe!

At The Ferm Meadery, enjoy two types of homemade mead. Still mead, is the standard, full-strength wine style. The other style is fermented, or “beer style”, which makes the wine carbonated.

Sip and sample a flight of different varieties, and even try “guest libations” made from other local wine makers. Come visit the only mead establishment in Conroe, TX!
