Increasing your fibre intake is one of the best things you can do for your overall health and if the simplest nutrition boost I think you can do. Just don't increase too much fibre too fast or you'll end up taking off like a 🚀. You should try and aim for 25 to 30gr of fibre per day but if you aren't currently having much fibre at all, drastically increases in dietary fibre can lead to digestive discomfort such as gas build up.
