Some cool facts about this animation.
So this originally started out as being the SFM tutorial animation of the soldier failing to shoot at some scouts on Mountain lab but the scouts were Spartans.
This was going to be longer at one point with them actually getting the Mcguffin and blowing up the facility for harbouring some UNSC gear like a pelican. I might make that in the near future.
I had to re-render several shots again after noticing several glaring issues that you just don't see when you can actually do a damn about them.
Namely I had to make lighting consistent, shadows, volumetrics, added several background objects, added characters where you should be able to see them, etc.
For some reason the Dumptrucks horn sound was causing Davinci Resolve to freeze, idk why or how but it was annoying
The second "Machina" shot was slotted in later on.
All sounds were added in Davinci Resolve
The Sound of the Warthog exitting the tunnel was made using Audacity.
