E55 AMG with a 2.9L Gen 3 whipple from Weistec with a dual Pierburg CWA100-3 in series.
System goes engine bay tank with 3/4” npt and hose barb, 3/4” hose to dual CWA100-3 in series to bottom single pass heat exchanger to top single pass secondary heat exchanger to Weistec Whipple manifold with 3/4” feed/return (Weistec water lines inside the manifold are only 0.52”ID) and return to 3/4”npt/hose barb to tank.
If you have any 1/2” npt, barbs or hoses or smaller anywhere in your system your flow rate will decrease and will not yield the full potential of the CWA100-3. This includes the manifold/blower’s intercooler.
