Road Trip Day 4 is our 2nd day in Vigan City, in Ilocos Sur. Took a horse and carriage ride around the main sights. Before you start commenting on the horse ride, cruelty, etc. save your fingers, I will delete your comment. These folks in the Philippines need to make a living and this way of tourism is one of them. I trust they take care of the horses. Vigan City is a great historic city to visit, highly recommend!
