In this video, I tried out Thrive Market's pasture raised pork chops with a simple recipe to taste the flavor of the pork. This is my first time trying out pasture raised pork and it'll probably not be my last.

Pasture-raised pork chop recipe:
1. (optional) Put the pork chop in a simple salt brine and refrigerate it for 3-6 hours
2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and pat the pork chop dry with a paper towel
3. Generously season all sides of the pork chop with kosher salt and pepper
4. Heat a cast iron or oven safe skillet on the stovetop and add a high heat oil to the skillet
5. Once the skillet with the oil is hot, place the seasoned pork chop on the skillet
6. Flip the pork chop every 1-2 minute(s) to prevent it from curling
7. Once all sides have been properly browned, pop it in the heated oven for about 6-7 minutes or until the thickest point registers 135°F (~57°C). Make sure to flip it every 1-2 minutes to prevent the pork chop from curling
8. Rest the pork chop on a cutting board for 5 minutes
