今天我會跟大家說一下滑膜囊腫, 英文叫 synovial cysts. 我們最常見滑膜囊腫就是在脊椎骨裏腰椎第四和第五小關節的位置. 患上這個滑膜囊腫的朋友不一定有任何徴狀, 因為如果這個囊腫很細而不一定影響任何的神經線, 但是我也見過有些老人家有這個囊腫比較大的時候, 其實真的像坐骨神經痛的徵狀. 病人會有腳麻,腳沒有力和腳軟的. 我們照 x 光是看不到滑膜囊腫, 所以通過磁力共振我看到滑膜囊腫究竟是有多大和影響性有多少....
Today I want to talk about synovial cysts. The most common area for synovial cystsIs in the spine between L4/5. Synovial cysts usually occur at facet joint. People has synovial cysts may not have symptoms, ifthe cysts is small and may be asymptomatic. I’ve seen many elderly patients with large synovial cysts, symptoms can mimic sciatica. The patient have leg numbness and weakness. We can’t see the synovial cysts in X-ray, we must look at MRI to see the synovial cysts...
