Want to learn how to use the gymnastic rings? Our resident assistant homeschool gym coach and PE teacher Xavier (7)... shows you the 5 best techniques to get started! He is pretty strong... But with a little practice we think you can do these workout movements too!
Welcome to #HOMESCHOOLED-- GYM CLASS EDITION!!! One of the biggest complaints we hear from fellow parents is how sad it is to see their kids sitting down for hours in front of screens now that they must adjust to this new normal of remote learning. So we decided to make some quick video tutorials meant to inspire kids (and parents, too, why not?!) to get MOVING! And have some fun together :)
Our motto at the Draven Family house has always been-- Happy, Healthy, Safe, Strong! And so all of our moves are designed with that energy in mind :) We are excited for you to learn with our family, as we explore the all kinds of physical fitness fun! From soccer to yoga, hand balancing to kids Krav Maga, and all kinds of obstacle courses and games -- we do it all in GYM CLASS!!!
Our #Homeschooled Gym Teacher is AJ Draven, whose job for many years as a celebrity fitness trainer and expert martial artist and, well, DAD, set him up perfectly for this role. These days he's still teaching clients virtually, but at home his best (and only!) students are... his kids! With the help of assistant coach, Xavier (AJ's 7 year old son) The Draven Boyz break down different exercises that any kid can do at home... making physical fitness FUN (and funny as well!) Of course, Xavier's little sisters, four year old identical twins Rocky & Lola, get involved to show the preschool version as often as possible (plus-- cuteness!) So come learn how to move with us and train to be the most happy, healthy, safe, and strong you possible :)
