First listen dictation and observed each outline when I dictated, second time play it again and start flying practice while your eyes and ear towards dictation. And third time check yourself while plying the dictation. When dictation completed then download and transcribe hour shorthand accordingly. Highlighted mistakes and missing and compare with my pdf.
