I often get asked about how to stop tossing and turning at night in bed. It is a very common issue people like you struggle with, especially if you find it hard to fall asleep easily initially or fall back to sleep easily at night.
I still remember the times when I was tossing and turning in bed, getting annoyed and frustrated because I just wasn't able to figure out ways to relax in bed. If you also toss and turn at night, in this video, I share a couple of things that work very well. These are techniques that I use in my practice all the time to help clients overcome their long-term sleep problems or even insomnia.
There are many ways you can improve your relaxation in bed so you can finally stop tossing and turning at night. I used a combination of different things, so please make sure that you don’t treat this video as something that will help you quickly fix your sleep problems. Sleep problems especially long term issues will take time and work to overcome but only if you focus on developing practical things that are effective.
This video is actually very suitable for those times when you had trouble figuring out how to relax your body a night and even learning to fall asleep easily. Disturbed sleep at night (with the exception of sleep disorders and other medical issues) is most often about learning to relax your body and your mind.
And remember, sleep problems and insomnia doesn’t have to rule your life. Unless you have a medical disorder that stops you from sleeping well, it’s completely possible to finally sleep well consistently again.
