Join us in Lesson 40 of A Course in Miracles as we explore how to bring more peace and joy into our lives. In this lesson, we'll focus on acknowledging the happy things that are a part of us simply because of who we are.
Instead of longer practices, we'll be doing shorter, more frequent exercises, aiming for once every 10 minutes if possible.
Don't worry if you forget or face interruptions, just keep trying whenever you remember.
You don't have to close your eyes for these exercises, but it may be more helpful. However, if that's not feasible, that's okay too.
All you have to do is remind yourself, "I am blessed as a Son of God," and add several of the attributes you associate with being a Son of God, such as being happy, peaceful, loving, contented, calm, quiet, assured, and confident.
By doing these exercises, we'll be learning to understand our true selves and bring more peace and joy into our lives.
