In kidney stones as we know the most important thing to do is to hydrate yourself. Banana is said to be helpful for most people so that you can take and rice and oats. These are foods which will not favor too much of formation of stones. So you can go with those kind of foods. Sometimes some people have seen that maida can again trigger or worsen the formation of stones. Generally maida is not very good even from your digestive perspective or generally from body health point of view. So avoid that. So these are some of the things that you can do to ensure that you don't develop stones and if there are stones then flush it off with lot of water.
