Alright, I've gone on record before talking about how I think Harribel wasn't treated particularly well in the story - but how strong actually is she?

Her showing in Bleach doesn't paint a great picture in comparison to some of her Espada contemporaries...so did she actually deserve to be the 3rd Espada? Or should someone else have been promoted in her place?
