Well it was bound to happen....After turning down many offers of various models to ride I finally strap in to a official Super73 bike....Their entry level ebike the Z1!
We go for my 1st ride on a little adventure to Pier 27 and back to Russian Hill in SF all while I give you my thoughts and throw in a couple cool cinematic videos captured on the Dji Mini 2 drone. Final wrap-up at end and final review points located in the beautiful sunset in closing. How will this 500 watt motor and ebike stack up to my Juiced Bikes City Scramber?!!
Surprisingly well I must say. Its lower weight and shorter wheel base makes its a quick and nimble little ebike. At 6'4 the bike is way too small....Probably at least 4 inches too tall at a minimum. If your 5'8 your perfect and if slightly shorter will fit you nice as well. My City Scrambler is a lot taller and fits me well actually. My lady is 5"10 and she even finds my Scrambler is too high for her. Something to think about on all these bikes is fit. You may like a certain model but if it does not fit you it does not matter. Start with height and find your bike accordingly. Otherwise this has good power, the single speed is nice to pedal, and all in all this is a great little starter ebike. Can be highly modded as well for both range and power so keep on eye on these things. Might be a new project of mine soon.....My own ride of course not my ladies : ))
