✨Cook’s Note
Assemble and cut out scones and refrigerate for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 4 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge and bake before serving.

✨My Notes
I prefer to cut 35-40 small scones rather than 14-16 large scones. I line them up 5 across and layer between parchment paper and keep in 2 double thick gallon sized freezer bags. Smaller size scones are baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 💗
