Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you the steps to make an easy Blue Mojito recipe. This simple variation to the classic Mojito gives it some light orange notes and a gorgeous color. This is one of those Blue Curacao cocktails that not only looks great but tastes great too. With light hints of orange and mint, the lime balances out the rum beautifully. try it and let me know what you think.

BLUE MOJITO
4-6 mint Leaves
2 oz/60 ml White Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Simple Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Blue Curacao
2 oz/60 ml Soda Water
Method
1. Slap Mint and add to shaker tin.
2. Add remaining ingredients except Soda Water to shaker tin.
3. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
4. Fine strain over fresh ice into glass.
5. Top with soda water.
6. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.
