Hello everyone.

A happy belated new year to all of you, and hope that you've all had a good start of the year 2024!
I do apologise that I have not yet uploaded anything this year, and given the fact that we are now near the end of Feburary, but these last 5 or so weeks, I have been extremely busy working on many videos of the first keyboard I will be showcasing this year, and that is the new Yamaha Genos 2!
The Yamaha Genos 2 was launched on the 15th November last year, and I didn't get mine until the 23rd November which was just a little over a week after the keyboards launch date.
I have now sold my Genos 1 so I no longer have it, I also sold it with the speaker system in which I wished I hadn't since Genos 2 uses the same speaker system (GNS-MS01), but I got another pair of speakers about a month later when they were available.
This is going to be the biggest series of videos I have ever done on a single keyboard, I will be showing you absolutely everything on the Genos 2, and will probably be around 60 videos or more covering everything ranging from tutorials, sounds, multi pads, styles etc, this is something that I haven't done on the original Genos, I only did a couple of tutorial videos and showed all styles on Genos 1, but on Genos 2 I will be showing everything!
The sounds are absolutely amazing! I really like the new sounds features such as the FM synthesis engine which was at first on the Yamaha Montage synthesizers and has now made it into a modern home keyboard, you have all sorts of different FM sounds, and it also has some sound patches originated from the Yamaha DX7 from 1983 and they sound exactly as it would on a real DX7, but with reverb, chorus and DSP effects which was something the DX7 didn't have built in.
Another new sounds feature that I really like is the ambient drums, Genos 1 introduced revo drums, but after just 1 generation, they replaced revo drums with the new ambient drums, but revo drums are still built in sounds on Genos 2.
On the first video of the Yamaha Genos 2 keyboard, which will be the first of many more to come, I will be showing you the built in demonstration songs, before I show the demo songs, I will be showing you a quick unboxing video of myself unboxing the Yamaha Genos 2 on the day I first took it home, I forgot to mention about the unboxing video on the intro, so apologies for that, but have mentioned it after the intro when I realised I've forgotten about it.
I will be aiming to learn many new songs on Genos 2 to add to the Genos 2 video content, I have learned some songs so far, and aim to do many more in the future!
